On the example of legislation Republic Belarus, main principles (principles) implementation activities on use atomic energy are considered. The norms domestic and provisions international acts in field carrying out analyzed. Emphasis is placed national energy, environmental protection, industrial radiation safety. legal characteristics individual institutions nuclear law given. foreign experience related to activity References made IAEA materials. practice regulation relations general touched upon. During study, formal-logical, private methods, as well a comparative method were used. Conclusions drawn regarding topic study.
